The current situation in relation with the role of the coaches and sport clubs in the social inclusion of children from disadvantaged target groups.
The project ATHLISI has identified best practices at local/regional/national level on training courses for sport clubs and coaches aimed at promoting social inclusion of children (age 3-16) from disadvantaged social groups (in particular migrants/ ethnic minorities/ economically disadvantaged). Below, you can see the best practices that the project has identified.
The research activities in all partner countries included desk research related with previous initiatives and best practices, focus groups with coaches and sport clubs and suggestions for activities to be included into the ATHLISI training course. The results of the research activities in each partner country were summarised in national reports which are presented below.
The results of the research have been summarised in a comparative report summarising the results in all partner countries.
